Semi-Permanent Make-Up

Lula (Loving U Looking Amazing) is committed to offering a bespoke service just for you. Emma Furlong, the founder of Lula, completed a diploma course in semi-permanent make-up artistry at the renowned Finishing Touches Academy and Lula was born!

Lula offers clients a professional, dependable and personal service from Derma Health Spa. The initial consultation offers an opportunity for personal requirements to be discussed and the finished result to be decided. Before the treatment takes place a topical anaesthetic is used to offer more comfort during the procedure and full detailed aftercare advice and treatment is given upon completion.

Semi-Permament make-up is the procedure of implanting coloured pigments into the upper layers of the skin, giving a beautiful lasting colour and effect that cannot be washed off. The colour can remain visible for a number of years and typically lasts from two years onwards.

All treatments cover two sessions, which is included in price. The ‘top up’ second session is essential to get a good final shape, colour and lasting enhancement and can be taken 4 - 6 weeks from the original treatment. Treatments take approximately 1.5 - 2 hours to complete.

Contraindications:
A full health questionnaire will be completed before any treatment is carried out to ascertain suitablility for a Semi-Permanent Make-Up procedure.  There are many factors to consider, including medication or treatments, scar tissue, general health and lifestyle.  All aspects will be discussed fully with your technician and any concerns can be highlighted.

These treatments include Botox® injections which are muscle relaxants that soften or eradicate lines and wrinkles and dermal fillers which plump up and add volume to the face.

The appearance of the skin itself can be vastly improved by Dermaroller therapy which provides advanced micro-medical skin needling that stimulates the skin to regenerate and repair itself naturally and safely, creating smoother, brighter, healthier and younger looking skin. Having over 10 years experience working as a Personal Trainer he is fully qualified to provide prescriptive advice on postural correctness, stretching, and general health and wellbeing.
