Background
Like all living things, skin needs oxygen to survive, reproduce and regenerate. In younger skin, this process is very efficient, but as we age, the micro capillaries degenerate so skin does not receive the nourishment it needs. Background
The key feature that contributes towards aging in the skin is the slowdown in metabolism. This results in loss of cellular energy in fibroblast (cells that produce collagen and elastin) that keeps the skin firm, tight and looking young. Red light delivered at 630 nm wavelength and yellow light delivered at 590nm wavelength are readily absorbed into the skin cells which become highly energised and are stimulated to produce collagen and elastin. The result is that over a course of sessions the skin tone is enhanced and the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines is reduced. If you are lucky enough not to have any wrinkles, this therapy can also be used to cleanse the skin and keep it looking young and fresh.
The LED Light Therapy Facial system offers a non-invasive technology that has no thermal effect and therefore there is no downtime after the procedure. The LED light wavelengths do not involve harmful UVA or UVB light rays, they operate on low power without any heat and are totally pain-free.

An Irish company called TanOrganic have produced the only 100% natural anti-aging spray tan which contains no synthetic colours or preservatives, no parabens and no petrochemicals such as DEA or TEA. It has been approved by the Irish Eczema Society as it does not disrupt the skin. The colour is provided by certified organic DHA which is considered safe for pregnant women. We love this product as you can shower within one hour of application depending upon the result you desire. The tan is an authentic Cocoa brown colour and has no odour. This product does contain alcohol which speeds up the drying process.
